Requirements to Rent

1. Application must be fully completed, dated and signed by each applicant and co-applicant over 18 years old.  

2. Must have at least 1 year of positive, verifiable rental history.   Must have met all obligations to current and former landlords. 

3. First time renters may qualify if all other criteria is met and they have sufficient income or have a co-signer with sufficient income.

4. Employment and monthly income must be verifiable, past and present. Must have at least 6 months with current employer. Must have sufficient income (suggested 3 times the amount of rent monthly).

5. All rents are auto debited you must have a checking or savings acct.

6. No evictions within the last five years.

7. Must have a working email address.

8. Must have all the deposit and 1st month's rent to move in.

9. NO SMOKING is allowed in any of our properties.

10. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY.
